You can’t help but notice such pretty and unique packaging for a hair product. (Which is how they ended up in my shopping cart.) Pictured here are NEVO Hydra Pearls. So what are they? According to Pravana,
Made up of exotic oils from nature’s richest nuts and most nourishing plants, Hydra Pearls are power shots of Drops of the Amazon™, offering an efficient hydrating system that seals in moisture, effectively rejuvenates hair and revives skin. Mulateiro Extract, Babassu Oil and Brazil Nut Oil work in tandem with a new delivery system to seal moisture into each strand, instantly rejuvenating dehydrated hair, leaving it plump and radiant. Hermetically sealed in biodegradable, vegan gel caps for convenience and purity, Hydra Pearls preserve the freshness of the oils and eliminate any waste.
The serum comes is packaged in individual capsules about the size of my fingernail which you open for each use. Is this fancy packaging necessary? I don’t know, but probably not. But it would probably be nice and convenient for travel!
Bottom line: I like the NEVO Hydra Pearls. A little goes a long way and it works well to create long-lasting smooth, shiny and full hair. The lightweight serum has a subtle and pleasant scent. The bottle includes 45 capsules, and since I usually shampoo my hair every other day it will be a while before I run out. Lastly, at under $10 a bottle, the NEVO Hydra Pearls are affordable.
I rated the NEVO Hydra Pearls 4/5 simply because the single use capsule packaging may not be ideal for every woman. For example, if you have really long or thick hair that’s prone to frizziness, one capsule may not get the job done.
So, what do you think of the NEVO Hydra Pearls?
